What is SoftWash?

SoftWashing emerged as a developmental deviation from pressure washing in Florida more than 35 years ago where organic growth on surfaces is somewhat legendary. Since then, it has been a highly popular method of handling and maintaining all surfaces which can be washed with pressure. At gentle and low pressures, the emphasis is on providing  100% biodegradable chemical cleaning.

Not only do our methods sanitize surfaces, but we also keep those surfaces maintained long after we leave. By relying more on the careful application of our EPA-compliant chemicals, rather than on the sheer brute force of hot water pressure washing, we can properly handle deep surfaces.
